Nowadays, everyone knows about the numerous health
benefit of water, as well as roughly how much
we should be drinking on a daily basis. Two litres,
or eight large glasses, is what experts recommend.
But for many of you, especially if you are used
to drinking a lot of tea, coffee or fizzy drinks,
this can seem like a daunting amount to drink,
so use the plan below to help you achieve '8-
a – day' while on Herbalife ShapeWorks!
Breakfast - put a zing in your step
Even dedicated caffeine addicts should try drinking
a glass of hot water with a slice of lemon first
thing in the morning - there is no healthier or
more refreshing way to kick-start your system,
making you alert and ready for the day ahead.
If you find that you simply can not miss out on
your morning caffeine shot, try one of Herbalife's

cut down on your caffeine intake. Instant Herbal

Mid-morning - are you really hungry?
