Craving something sweet or doughy?  It is usually at this stage when people tend to reach for the carbohydrates.  In essence, it is also no surprise because carbs are some of the most readily available snacks!  Just think how easy a packet of chips, a pie, doughnut, biscuit, rusks, chocolate is obtainable.

Most people tend to reach for the carbs is they are feeling tired, stressed.  Research does show that they do help you feel better.
