Help husband to lose weight
Are you concerned about your husband’s weight?  At least once a week a concerned wife contacts me about helping her husband to .  Often her concern is coupled with worries about his , cholesterol and more.  This is a real concern for many women as they want to ensure the and longevity of their family and do what is best for their husbands.

The easy answer to this concern is to get your husband’s buy-in to the process of .  Be careful not to criticise (this will only bring about resistance), but rather share your honest concerns and remind him what you love about him.  More than anything respect his decision and be willing to help. Even if you have his buy-in, it makes a world of difference if the wife supports the process by helping to prepare meals and ensuring the house is full of healthy snacks.  If you want your husband to , you will have to help.

Your aim needs to be to improve his metabolism, provide foods that give healthy and long-lasting , that is a good source of protein and that is enjoyable.  Here are a few things you will need to do:
