AVOID WEIGHT GAIN | DIET TIPS | HERBALIFE PRODUCTS

Weight gain place nr. 1 – The Mall
You have probably all had the experience of going food shopping when you are hungry. And probably all have suffered the consequences of buying too much, buying junk food and probably eating it before you exit the store.

How to survive:
- Have a meal rather than a snack.
- Decide what you are going to have ahead of time – and come prepared. When you are really hungry and presented with lots of options, this is not the best time to try and practice self-control.

GREAT site , never thought of it like that
Period, I can not eat unhealthy. When my heart hurts and my lower right abdomen. So I can only eat healthy so I have the problem of eating in restaurants or food joints quickly removed, and I’m happy for him.
