
As I was walking around in the shops I just became aware again of how many temptations we need to resist in order to maintain a healthy weight and healthy eating habits! And off course, these sumptuous foods are so tasty… it is really hard to resist!
I guess it is no surprise that the number of people struggling with diabetes (Type 2) and insulin resistance (pre-diabetes) is rising at an alarming rate.
