Whilst many people are faced with the need for and answers to obesity, those individuals who desperately want to gain weight often struggle to find the answers.  The media and focus is mostly on , leaving these individuals wondering as to a solution to their weight problem.

Afternoon tea:
Sandwich with filling (2 slices of bread with filling, i.e. egg mayonnaise)

Supper:
Fruit juice
Meat / fish / cheese / egg (80g-100g portion)
Vegetables / salad with dressing
½ cup cooked rice/pasta
1 Herbalife shake (2 tbsp Nutritional Shake Mix and 1-2 tbsp Protein Powder), made with full cream milk

Before bedtime:
Tea with sugar and milk
2 rusks / biscuits

Variation:
A further Herbalife shake can also be added right after your exercise time.
