  1. The best way in order to safely lose weight you need to do work outs on alternating days and to eat 3 meals w/ 2 snacks or 5 light meals throughout the day w/ lots and lots of water. The meals and snacks should contain your recommended servings of fruits and veggies and then some and this will cause your metabolism to work that much harder throughout the day. Your system will flush out, feel better and you will even burn calories just from trying to break down the fiber alone. Health wise you should only lose 1-2 lbs a week when doing weight loss anyway. Also, best for belly fat, do that dieting and a lot of crunches. Try 5 sets of 20 every day and then next week make it 5 sets of 30 and so on until you feel you can add to the intensity.
