As a Herbalife product lover, I am constantly on the lookout for delicious Herbalife shake recipes and different ways to prepare your shake mix.  It is always a good idea to keep varying the way you prepare your shakes, as this a lot of fun and keeps your senses stimulated and satisfied.

We can prepare shake mix in different ways – it does not just have to be a glass full of something to drink, but can also be made into other forms.  (Just note:  The shake mix is heat sensitive, so don’t put it into a hot mix).  PS:  Herbalife is also introducing a shake bar soon – watch this space!

Here is a recipe for a Herbalife Shake Pie:
500ml fat free milk
¾ cup of Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix (any flavour)
1 box of instant pudding
Low GI muesli

Instructions:
Mix the milk, shake mix and instant pudding to according to the instant pudding instructions.
Prepare 6 containers, by making a thin ‘crust’ with the low GI muesli (about ½ cm).  Pour the ‘pie’ content even into the 6 containers.  Cover the container with cling wrap or a lid, and refrigerate.

Each of these pies represents a full Herbalife meal.  Use is as a for weight loss, or as a meal supplement if you are on the Herbalife weight gain programme.

Isn’t it great to know that all you have to have is dessert!  With this Herbalife recipe you can lose extra weight and that stubborn as you slim down for summer.
