Today I heard the number one management principle again:  “What gets rewarded, gets done”.  Believe it or not, this principle was written about in 1984 where the focus was on how we motivate people.

Let’s take this principle into your and plan.  If the principle says ‘what gets rewarded gets done’ – what are you rewarding at this time?  If you are overweight, feel fat and lethargic, what are you rewarding?  Because that is what will get done.  Or if you’ve just started on your program and struggling to stick with it – are you rewarding your old eating habits, or your new healthy eating habits?
When I started using , I started with the most basic products ( Mix and Fibre & Herb tablets), and then as I lost weight, I rewarded myself with a further weight loss enhancer like Thermojetics Herbal Beverage, or Herbal Complex.  I also spoiled myself with a magazine or treatment as a reward.  I did not reward myself with food – but rather also found different ways of rewarding myself.

Have a rewarding experience with Herbalife.  Reward yourself with Herbalife products – and then use the products to get the results you want through your determined action. This then becomes a lifestyle.
