It is winter time in South Africa, which means wet, cold and snow capped mountains where I live!  It also usually means piling on layers of clothing, hot chocolate and other comfort foods!

This winter I decided that I want to look good and feel great all through winter and right into spring, beating the spring need for and exercise.  It hasn’t been easy all the time, but I can truly say that I am feeling great, I have lots of energy, sleep well and have not had to fight a cold or flu this winter.
