It is winter time in South Africa, which means wet, cold and snow capped mountains where I live!  It also usually means piling on layers of clothing, hot chocolate and other comfort foods!

This winter I decided that I want to and all through winter and right into spring, beating the spring need for weight loss and exercise.  It hasn’t been easy all the time, but I can truly say that I am feeling great, I have lots of energy, sleep well and have not had to fight a cold or flu this winter.

The greatest contributor to my feeling of is my trusted Herbalife products.  My Herbalife shake has become one of my favourite foods and I look forward to my 2 diet shake meal replacements per day.  They are so easy and convenient and takes only seconds to prepare.
