- Know your portions.  A protein portion is the size of your palm, and as think as your hand on the pinkie side when you turn it sideways.  Carbohydrates (i.e. pasta, potato, rice, etc) are the size of your fist and fruit and vegetables should fit into your cupped hands.  This is the correct portion size and allocation per balanced meal.

Add variety to your daily Herbalife shakes with this delicious recipe for a Maple Pecan Bar, made with Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix.  The recipe offers a high fibre alternative to your liquid shake.  One serving equals one meal replacement.  This is a quick, convenient and delicious way to lose weight and slim down with a nutritionally balanced meal replacement.

What you will need:
1 cup Herbalife Formula 1 Shake Mix (Vanilla flavour)
1 cup dry rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
