Recipe:

2 scoops Cookies & Cream Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
1 – 2 tablespoons Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
4 ice cubes
