The potassium-rich bananas in this shake delivers energising carbohydrates and the protein powder and peanut butter helps to sustain you through the 10 o’clock or 3 o’clock slump.  Pantothenic acid, a B vitamin in yoghurt and honey, helps to convert food into energy fuel for your body. Here are the ingredients needed:
2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped (Tip: Unpeel bananas, cover in cling wrap and then freeze.  This is great to use for smoothies or to enjoy as a ready made sorbet)
3 Tbsp Herbalife personalised protein powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp wheatgerm
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
¾ cup low fat Greek joghurt
4 tbsp fat free soy milk powder
7.5ml Herbalife Thermojetics Herbal Beverage
7.5ml Herbalife NRG
6 tbsp Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix
Ice cubes as per your preference
