Diet Power Smoothie (to be taken before/after a hard workout):
1 cup 2% or fat free milk
2 tbsp low fat vanilla yoghurt
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tbsp Herbalife Protein Powder
6 ice cubes
Instructions: Blend until smooth
This recipe makes 2 power smoothies.
Banana split smoothie:
1 banana
½ cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1/8 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
½ cup fat free milk
2 tsbp Herbalife Protein Powder
6 ice cubes.
Instructions: Blend until smooth
This recipe makes 2 smoothies. Per 230ml serving: 715kj, 12g protein, 33g carbohydrates, 2g fat, 94mg sodium, 2g fibre
