Ingredients:

Daily diet tips to help rev up your slow metabolism:

Can I eat a Formula 1 Express Bar instead of eating a meal?

Your hair needs protection against the sun.  Specifically if you have coloured or chemically treated hair, your hair needs even more protection as it is more porous.  Wearing a hat can help a lot!  Comb in a little Herbalife Herbal Aloe conditioner or Herbalife Herbal Aloe Moisturising Conditioner for Dry, Damaged or Colour treated Hair on your hair and keeping it on when going into the sun is also a good idea.  These products won’t shield you from the sun, but it will prevent your hair from becoming too dehydrated.
