Do you find yourself snacking after supper; maybe you even get up at night hungry with a desire to snack?  Well, my advice is that you need to close your kitchen and snack cupboards after dinner!

Studies have shown that for woman who snack after suppertime is twice as obese as their peers.  It off course depends what you eat at these midnight hours as well!  If you eat right before going to bed, your body will have to still focus on digesting the food, which might also impact negatively on restful sleep.  Similarly, if you have a whole bag of jelly beans before you go to bed, there will be no activity to burn off all the sugar in the jelly beans, and this will then inevitably be turned into fat.
