It is winter time in South Africa, which means wet, cold and snow capped mountains where I live! It also usually means piling on layers of clothing, hot chocolate and other comfort foods!
This winter I decided that I want to look good and feel great all through winter and right into spring, beating the spring need for weight loss and exercise. It hasn’t been easy all the time, but I can truly say that I am feeling great, I have lots of energy, sleep well and have not had to fight a cold or flu this winter.
The greatest contributor to my feeling of wellbeing is my trusted Herbalife products. My Herbalife shake has become one of my favourite foods and I look forward to my 2 diet shake meal replacements per day. They are so easy and convenient and takes only seconds to prepare.
