This winter I decided that I want to look good and feel great all through winter and right into spring, beating the spring need for weight loss and exercise.  It hasn’t been easy all the time, but I can truly say that I am feeling great, I have lots of energy, sleep well and have not had to fight a cold or flu this winter.

The greatest contributor to my feeling of wellbeing is my trusted Herbalife products.  My Herbalife shake has become one of my favourite foods and I look forward to my 2 diet shake meal replacements per day.  They are so easy and convenient and takes only seconds to prepare. Here are a few recipes for power smoothies:

Diet Power Smoothie (to be taken before/after a hard workout):
1 cup 2% or fat free milk
2 tbsp low fat vanilla yoghurt
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tbsp Herbalife Protein Powder
6 ice cubes
Instructions: Blend until smooth
This recipe makes 2 power smoothies. 

Banana split smoothie:
1 banana
½ cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1/8 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
½ cup fat free milk
2 tsbp Herbalife Protein Powder
6 ice cubes.
Instructions:  Blend until smooth
This recipe makes 2 smoothies.  Per 230ml serving: 715kj, 12g protein, 33g carbohydrates, 2g fat, 94mg sodium, 2g fibre
