Herbalife Shake Mix Porridge Recipe
Here is a great porridge alternative to your liquid shake. The oats used in the recipe is an excellent source of fibre and further helps to provide a low GI breakfast.
- 2 scoops (tablespoons) Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 1/3 cup dry rolled oats
- 2/3 cup 2% or fat-free milk
Cook the dry rolled oats in the semi-skimmed milk and let cool slightly. Stir in the Nutritional Shake Mix.
1 portion = 1 meal replacement
Remember that the Formual 1 Nutritional Shake Mix is heat sensitive, so do not add whilst cooking the oats. You can experiment with the different shake mix flavours and it to your porridge for a delicious breakfast alternative.
